Shipping information for EU

Außer für Österreich können wir leider keinen Versand mehr innerhalb der EU anbieten.
Warum das?
Aufgrund der aktuellen Verpackungsordnung müssten wir uns in jedem Land separat registrieren lassen, auch wenn wir nur wenige Pakete dorthin schicken würden.
Der Aufwand und die Kosten sind dafür ist einfach zu hoch.
- Die Registrierung müsste für jedes Land und jeweils in der Landessprache erfolgen was ein sehr hohen Aufwand wäre.
- Für viele Länder muss im entsprechenden Land ein Vertreter benannt werden, z.B. ein Notar
- Die Kosten können je nach Land mehrer Hundert Euro pro Jahr betragen, auch wenn nur 1 Paket verschickt würde.
Daher sehen wir uns leider gezwungen keine Pakete mehr außerhalb Deutschlands und Österreichs zu versenden.

Except for Austria, we can no longer offer shipping within the EU. Why is that?
Due to the current packaging regulations, we would have to register separately in each country, even if we only sent a few packages there.
The effort and costs are simply too high.
- Registration would have to be done for each country and in the national language, which would be very time-consuming.
- For many countries, a representative must be appointed in the relevant country, e.g. a notary
- Depending on the country, the costs can amount to several hundred euros per year, even if only 1 package is sent.
We are therefore unfortunately forced to stop sending packages outside of Germany and Austria.
